I'll take it a step further and I'll say the odds are good that you like him- or at least agree with much of what he says. What I fail to totally understand is why the mainstream republican machine doesn't like him. He has consistently stood for basic conservative ideas for three decades in the house of representatives since the day he was elected to be there, which is much more than you can say about Mitt Romney, Michelle Bachmann, Rick Perry or any of the other folks who are currently running to replace our current president. Now don't get me wrong. Paul has support. He's got a large portion of the internet community and the hard core libertarians in his back pocket. He also has a decent amount of republicans and even liberals rooting for him at this point. In fact, just about every political demographic you can find has at least some Ron Paul supporters in them (a uniter!). So this begs the question further, why doesn't the republican mainstream seem to want a leader who is so obviously consistent? Why don't they want somebody who has shown for thirty years that he is all but physically incapable of raising taxes? Why do they repeatedly ignore somebody who DEFINES what it means to be conservative and uphold the constitution? He's pro-life, pro-gun, christian as can be, and all of the other arbitrary things that republicans define themselves by and still struggles to gain more support than his inconsistent politically toxic conservative rivals for the nomination. Something must be wrong with Dr./Rep. Paul that I'm missing. What is it? Is he too old? Too white? Too short? This makes no sense at all...

..until you consider it from a different angle..

Some of the lesser-known stances of Paul include his anti-war foreign policy views. To sum it up as short and sweetly as possible, he wants to leave everybody alone. He wants to bring all of our troops home and close all of our off-shore bases. This would obviously save hundreds of billions of dollars, which is something that the corporate-manufactured movement known as the "tea party" has been incoherently shouting about for the entire time Obama has been president. Not while Bush was president mind you, you know, the guy who took Clinton's surplus and turned it into a multi-trillion dollar debt, which I think is interesting.. but anyway, if you have a couple minutes, check out these short clips I've put on here of Paul explaining a bit of reality to his constituents who clearly are not ready for it. He basically just says that war costs more money than anything and if we are serious about saving money the military budget should be the FIRST thing we cut. The reactions from the crowd and from Santorum (who has received more money from health insurance companies than any other politician in the history of our nation) are pretty interesting. Check them out.

A new question: why would a republican base who have not shut up for nearly 4 years now about being fiscally responsible with money and maintaining the smallest federal government possible boo a man who is trying to accomplish just that? Why would they not support somebody who is willing to do more to save money, save lives and shrink our government than ANYBODY ELSE?

Ah! A clue, Sherlock!

Maybe the republican mainstream doesn't like Paul because he IS consistent. Maybe they don't like him because he is SO consistent that he'll go out of his party's emotional comfort zone for his principals, and if you've paid attention to politics even just a little for the past 10 years or so, you'll know that conservatives LOVE their emotional comfort zones. Thats all they really have when you get right down to it. Overly-unregulated gun rights? Emotional. Being against women's reproductive rights? Emotional. Being way too militarily aggressive? Emotional.. And don't even get me started on how emotionally-driven the religious aspect of the conservative movement is..

You may consider this opinionated, although with the information that I've provided so far I don't see how any normally functioning brain could regard it as anything other than fact, but I think that the republican mainstream doesn't and won't support Ron Paul because he really IS for the things they've been bluffing about supporting these past 3 years. So in the future, every time you see a crowd boo Ron Paul for wanting to bring our troops home, he's calling their bluff and exposing a truth that I think all American's need to understand: Conservatives are for big government and massive spending when its convenient to their emotions. They are for government intervention when it comes to abortion. They are for a large military industrial complex and they are for endless wars around the world to support it. Billions of tax dollars can go to GE, Lockheed, and Boeing to make weapons that murder hundreds of thousands of people overseas but not a dime can be spent for universal healthcare in our own country because that would make government too big. They are in denial about why we were attacked on September 11, 2001 and will continue to be because its more emotionally convenient and doesn't require them to think that maybe, just maybe, our country screwed up and has some apologizing to do.

So I suppose in short, the republican base doesn't seem to want Ron Paul for the same reasons that I am not a republican; they are largely ignorant emotional hypocrites. Republicans want to accomplish things but are unable to make the necessary logical decisions to reach their goals. They want to have their cake and destroy it too. They see the world through a prism of religious fanaticism and/or militaristic tyranny which stops them from admitting that in order to save money and achieve true liberty, they must sacrifice some things that they normally cling to for comfort.

Welcome piers morgan. I'll do my best to shorten it up but no promises. I will start with the fact that I lived in Weston just a few miles from the building when I was younger. My father worked there for years and knows more about its inner-workings than the people who now own it. After a lifetime of hearing his stories about working there on top of my own independent years of research, I think its reasonable to assume that I know about as much if not more as he knows. Meaning of course I know as much if not more than the people that now own it today.

Now that I've established my TALA credentials, let me just say that this place is awesome. It is the second-largest hand-cut stone building in the world, second only to a castle in Russia. Undeniably a national treasure, I personally love it and I put it right up there with mount Rushmore, Yellowstone, the statue of liberty and all other national monuments. But do you know what all of those other places have that TALA does not have?

Accessibility.

Sure, you can pay around 30 bucks and go on a scripted guided tour. But the tour is limited to the main three floors of the main building and you have some tour guide constantly telling you about all the cool places that you are not allowed to go, such as the basement, upper floors, and an entire other building called the "MR" building that housed the mentally inept. I don't know about you but I feel like a "tour" should include the full property. You don't go on a tour of yellowstone national park and NOT see old faithful do you? Or how about a tour in the statue of liberty where they don't let you go up to the flame thingy? Or hey, lets take a look at mount rushmore WITHOUT seeing Abe Lincoln's face. If those things sound like rip-offs to you then you are on the same page as me. The TALA tour, as it stands, is a waste of time. You'd be better off just taking a walk around the outside on your own for free. But if you do, be careful because there is an overly cranky elderly man in a red truck who will cuss you out and threaten you. I'm guessing he is also a part owner. He also might be John McCain.

So if you REALLY want to see more, they do have a ghost-hunting package where you can pay $250.00 for insurance, and $150.00 per person (with a minimum of 10 people of course) so your looking at a MINIMUM of $1,750.00 to see the whole place. And those are you're only two options. Either get a short, boring, and frankly unfulfilling tour for 30 something, or get a full-fledged private ghost hunt for $1,750.00. What about the people who aren't necessarily ghost hunters but would like to REALLY see this amazing beautiful monument? What about them? Not to mention all of the potential business that an extensive tour of the ENTIRE place could bring in for maybe a few bucks more. Like $50-$100 or something.

If you want, try to call them to work out a deal. (304) 269-5070. Odds are nobody will answer. But if they do, you will be greeted by a polite and knowledgeable secretary who's name escapes me. She will give you the options I mentioned. If you suggest anything, such as a college project, filming a local tv show there (not about ghosthunting), or just wanting to enjoy this beautiful example of human engineering on you're own without paying a fortune, you'll be told to talk to the impossible-to-get-a-hold-of part owner Rebbecca. Who is undoubtedly too busy to talk with you at the moment and will "call you back soon". If "soon" means over a year and a half then I guess she's still on schedule because that's how long I have been trying to speak with this person. I've been calling back once or twice every month or so for the better part of two years and if I hadn't already met Rebbecca a few years back I would be starting to think she is an fictional character that the owners made up to discourage people from wanting to visit the asylum.

I remember when I was younger and it wasn't privately owned by these folks. You could walk around and inside the place and nobody would really care. As far as I know there was little to no vandalism and everybody could enjoy it just about anytime. The idea of small group of people sucking the joy out of it just to make a buck was unheard of. Maybe that's why I feel so robbed by this whole thing.

Of course I'll admit that legally, there is nothing wrong with this situation. This is America and if you want to buy something and turn it into an uninteresting tourist trap then you have that right. Morally there is a huge problem here though. The people who bought TALA a few years back have turned a beautiful, accessible, and historic monument into a nearly pointless money-making device no different than the atmosphere-murdering snack machines they've installed in the first floor. I feel like if there was a morality police force, these people would be on the shiny side of a one-way mirror by now.

The Tea party's true colors come out.

And they aren't pretty.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rhjg2W7vlMc

For those who haven't seen this. We had decided that we were going to do it but we didn't really have a venue in mind. So, as I'm hanging out at the v-club one saturday, I decide to talk with the owner, patrick. We takled abuot putting together a show and after i got him interested in the idea I got his number. Trouble was, the only opening he had for a show was the 10th of october, which was like 10 days away. After talking with bryan and roger we decided to go ahead and do it since we had the momentum. I had a great time. All the people I wanted to see where there and all the people I didn't want to see weren't there. I couldn't have asked for much of a better turn out then that.

here's some videos that we shot with the help of terry and david. We had a direct feed from the bar's PA auido on the video so it sounds much better than your average "band performance" video.

Oh before I forget. If you liked these, then you should come down to Impulse nightlcub in Charleston west virginia on the 13th of november. We'll be playing that night as well. Follow the money.

When I first saw this advertised on television, I was thrilled. Finally, one of the most scientific and intellectually challenging television stations of our time was going to examine the possibility of 911 conspiracy theories for two hours on prime-time television for everyone to see. All the questions that me and millions of others have been asking for years would finally have a mainstream outlet and be analyzed by professionals.

here's part one of the special. (10 minutes)

One thing that I immediately noticed about this was that the documentary was lumping everyone who challenged the official story of 911 into one catagory of people: truthers.

When in reality, just like with any other group of people, there are different levels of intensities. There are some people who take it to the extreme and say that the planes never even hit the towers, there are people who think that the planes hit but weren't really American Airliners, and there are people who simply don't quite buy the government's story and just want to ask questions. But this documentary starts right off the bat with over-simplifying all of those people into one ignorant phrase which isn't even a word. All of these people have different theories and different ways of showing their evidence. But they are not individually addressed. They are all thrown into one category and condescended to throughout this entire documentary.

This struck a chord with me. Because there is only one other entity that I can think of that likes to oversimplify and water-down peoples' opposing views for the sake of making debate a little easier, at least to this degree, and that is Fox News.

After bringing this up to my roommate, it took him about 10 minutes on the internet to find out that Fox News actually owns a sizable chunk of National Geographic. Bingo.

It turns out, Sometime within the past couple of years, NGC (National Geographic Channel) made a major attempt to broaden out internationally. I guess they thought that having a huge company like Fox behind them would help with this.

This is on National Geographic's website:

Fox Entertainment Group and News Corp. will facilitate NGC’s international expansion strategy, providing worldwide distribution platforms and operations. A board comprising representatives from each of the three partners will oversee the venture.
“We’re excited to be advancing our partnership with such a distinguished institution as National Geographic. We look forward to building on the relationship that Fox already has through its parent News Corporation..."

-Chairman and CEO of Fox Television
Through Fox News? NGC is going to be expanded and built upon through Fox News? That's not a good sign. Anyone who follows the news, even badly, can see that Fox News has no interest in educating the people or informing them of the news. FN receives money from the Lewin group, who is owned entirely by UnitedHealth (insurance giant), to read their phony statistics on the air and scare people out of wanting healthcare reform. Putting it lightly, Fox News is a propaganda factory. And if a television station who is half owned by Fox is going to talk about something like 911, which FN has already demonstrated their inability to cover properly, then its probably safe to assume that it will have a few problems.

Sadly, this is not an isolated incident. It's just another piece of the puzzle. If you look around, and follow the money, you will see hundreds of little connections like this all over the place. Right under everyone's noses. Corporations that own other corporations that own other corporations. The guys on top call all the shots and manipulate the corporations below them. Eventually this pattern trickles down to me and you and all the news and information we get.

It really is a sad day when news, entertainment and greed end up working together like this. Because of relationships like this, we will probably never know the truth about 911. Further down the road we may not know the truth about anything. All that will matter is who's propaganda is better, who makes the most money, and who has the most corporate ties. In a world ruled by these motivations, truth will be a thing of the past.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://johncantees.blogspot.com/2009/09/nation-geographics-911-documentary.html' title='National Geographic's 911 documentary. One recent celebrity death has really given me pause recently. And no, I'm not talking about Michael Jackson. That guy was talented, changed the world of music, then ruined it by sleeping with children and acting like a fool. I'm talking about this guy:

Billy mays, unlike other commercial personalities, was able to hold my attention for the entire duration of the commercial nearly everytime one came on. I think thats pretty respectable for somebody in this ADD fast paced culture we live in. A lot of people make fun of him and call him obnoxious but lets face it, when a Billy Mays commercial came on tv, you stopped whatever you were doing and you fucking watched it. From getting the crud off of a ten-year-old penny with oxi clean to pulling a tractor-trailer down the road with mighty putty, Billy Mays' voice, personality, and awesome beard kept you watching. And in some cases, kept you buying. Not since ancient Greece has the "thumbs up" gesture carried so much weight.

Normally, when I see a commercial, especially for cleaners and stuff like that, I turn the channel. I don't even give it a second thought. Who cares right? Fuck commercials. I would rather turn off the TV than have my mind warped by corporations. I don't think I'm alone when I say that I don't like that austrailian dickhead with the stick-up bulbs, and I kind of want to kill that flamboyant douchebag who demonstrates the power of Shamwow while wearing a headset that he doesn't use. I mean come on. We all know that the line " You know the Germans make good stuff!" is a load of crap. I think we all can agree that the Germans aren't really good at anything in particular- except for holocausts- Billy Mays however, I enjoy. It may have something to do with the fact that he reminds me of my economics teacher from highschool, Mr. Freeman, who I liked a lot, but I do enjoy watching him and I'd be lying if I said that I don't idolize him somewhat. He was at the very least an entertainment powerhouse. More entertaining than most actual television shows, anyway. And if I ever have a carreer in television, I would consider myself blessed to be half as captivating as he was.

So here's to you, Billy Mays. You were a bitch to the corporate assholes above you but you did your job, in my opinion, better than anyone else. Ever. And that is plenty of reason to celebrate your crazy ass.

oh,

I read in THIS article that he shot a new Oxi Clean commercial the day before he died. I'm very interested to see if they will air it. I think they should but his wife will probably bitch about it so they may not. =\

Can Facebook and Twitter bring down Iran’s government?

Can Facebook and Twitter bring down Iran’s government?

This is the question that everybody seems to be asking. Or at least all of the major media networks are. To me this seems totally possible. But lets get our wording right. The question should not be revolved around twitter and facebook, it should be, "Can the people of Iran use Facebook and Twitter to bring down Iran's government?"

Lets not forget what a revolution is. A revolution, according to webster's dictionary, is a fundamental change in political organization. Especially the overthrowing or renunciation of one government or ruler and the substitution of another by the governed. That is the way it works. The governed do all the work. Not twitter or facebook. It's the PEOPLE who decided that they were pissed off enough to do this. It's the PEOPLE who will carry it out, and its the PEOPLE who will end it. All they need are tools to get it done. Twitter and facebook, while extremely important to this movement, are simply tools. Tools that are neutral in every way but can be used for good or bad depending on the user.

So I suppose my answer to this question is yes. Twitter and facebook CAN help bring down a government, but if it happens it will not be because of Twitter or facebook's existance, it will be because the people of Iran saw fit to use these websites to their advantage and took back control of their country.

Here's some good info on whats happening in Iran right now.
click the photos tab to see some pretty amazing photos.

CNN is covering this story extremely well. Despite the attempts made by the Iranian government to ban media from covering the protesting. They are reaching out, via the internet, to the people of Iran and encouraging them to upload videos and pictures that they took themselves of the action. I'm sure in the next few days we'll see a lot of fucked up police brutality videos and photos from the streets of Iran. But hopefully CNN keeps their edge on this story and displays all of it for the world to see.

Needless to say, I'm on this story like shit on velcro. So I'm tweeting about it regularly and doing my small part in keeping the world informed. So if you want to keep up with me on this in a more fast-paced nature, I reccommend going to my twitter and following me.

-jc

9/11

Okay. Before I do this, I want you to know something; I am not what you would call a "conspiracy theorist". I don't think we faked the moon landing okay? I'm not even going to conclusively say that 9/11 was an inside job. All I'm doing here is asking questions. I can do that. The burden of proof is on the person who makes the claim. And I'm not claiming anything. The government and the media claim that two Boeing 757s flew into the world trade center on September 11. So I (and you) have the right to debate that.

Now, first, lets look at a screen shot from the only video (that I know of) that was taken of the UNDERSIDE of one of the planes right before it hit the second tower.

As you can see, there is a line going across the bottom of the plane. We can agree on that, yes? Lets look closer...

here, where the red circle is, you can see the shadow that the engine makes and you can see the shadow fade off of and away from the plane. So whatever this cylindrical attachment to the bottom of the plane is, it is definitely not being caused by a shadow. In fact, it clearly seems to be three-dimensional in nature.

Now, here's the bottom of some normal modern-day Boeing 757.

Notice that there is NOTHING on the bottom of this plane. It is completely smooth and only one color.

Same here
And here.

To me, this is already plenty of reason to start doubting things. But if it wasn't a Boeing that hit the towers, what was it? What type of plane has that cylindrical 3-D shape on the underside and is near the size of a boeing?

hmmm...

This is an e-10 US Air Force plane. It has two engines, similar color and shape to a Boeing, and, low and behold, and cylinder-shaped object attached to the underside.

So I guess my question is, Why does this plane that flew into that tower on 911 resemble a military plane more than a commercial Boeing 757? Why does it have something on the bottom of it that no other Boeing planes have but military planes DO have?

And if that wasn't enough to disgust you, read this. It's an article that quotes American Airlines saying that they have changed their records which now say that flight 77 and 11 (the ones that we were told crashed into the WTC) never took off and were not even scheduled for flight that day.

This point as well as many others are illustrated in a documentary called "911: in plane sight". If you are willing you should really go watch it.

Also, all the pictures I used here I found on Google and military websites. I encourage you to go find and verify them yourself if you think I've messed with any of the images. All of this information is at your fingertips, people.

jc

Oh, before I forget...

new video up on youtube. Triangle.

Don't try to figure it out. My business just finished up our second major wedding job last Saturday (the 16th). It was pretty fun and very effecient. Since we showed up for the rehearsal and planned out all the shots before-hand, the wedding itself went rather smoothly. This is a strategy I'm going to use from now on. We had everything from the filming locations to the times of the events logged and planned before the wedding even began. Nearly everything went according to plan. We even got some extra interviews at the reception and as David kept a sturdy full shot of the entire scene, I went in and did close-ups and tight shots. We figured that would be the best way to go about it since we only have two of the same camera. It will make editing easier too (which I start doing tomorrow... guhh)

anyway, here's some pictures from the wedding and reception.

out in front of the church

David setting up the HV-20

Reception room.
More pink sashes than you can shake a stick at.

The newlyweds dancing.
Some guy who apparently had a bit too much champagne joined in.
The bride looks so happy about that.

Oh, Kim was there too =)

Thats all I'm showing for now. I'll be sure to post a video of highlights from the wedding once I finish editing it. I have 8 or 9 tapes to go through so it may take a couple days.

I'm currently working on a new layout for the website too. Since we're completely over-hauling the entire site, and making it more business oriented, I want to change everything from the layout of pages to the color scheme. I'm also going to remove the videos, flash cartoons, and the blog so you'll have to settle for my youtube page and my newgrounds page and this blog until further notice. I'm thinking of making a sub domain of bitetheworld.net to unify all my stuff again eventually.

The reason I haven't updated youtube in a few days is because I've been putting together some new ideas for videos. I seem to have periods of conceiving ideas and periods of actually filming and editing them. Anyway, csnoopgodin31 has been sending me some of his sketch ideas over youtube, which are hilarious. Since he doesn't have the necessary equipment to produce a good-looking video, I'll probably end up producing all of them and throwing him a writing credit. All his ideas are just as good if not better than the shit I come up with. This could be a very promising partnership.

So in conclusion; America rules, make money, and kill bitches.

jc

New things

I have put together a few new videos in my attempts to resurrect my youtube channel. I'm going to be putting them out on a regular basis now.

Also, bitetheworld.net is about to go under some SERIOUS changes. Instead of keeping with this entertainment/business hybrid, its going to be entirely business. Any Videos of mine featured on there will be totally for video-editing-demo purposes only. So If you want to see my stuff, its gonna have to be on youtube. At least until I get something else.

Since we're talking about new stuff, I'm gong to hopefully figure out how to convert all my old flash cartoons into a youtube-friendly video file and start uploading them. That should be a major pain in the dick. Can't wait.

On a personal note, I'm a LOT happier than I have recently been. I'm going back to school in the fall and I'm returning to Marshall University. I knew this day would come, but now that its here I can't help but feel refreshed by it. My life has [some] direction again. =)

I'm thinking about entering this film competition. I dunno. I can definitely make the deadline but I'm not sure if I can pull it off... What do you think?

The inner-workings of relationships and shit.

To me, relationships are like two gears. Both need to work for there to be any progress for the machine they are a part of. If one stops, the other cannot move and there is a stubborn stand-still. It is just like any other cooperative effort in nature. If one of your organs stopped working you would suffer. If Just like if one person in a relationship stops giving a shit, the relationship suffers. The pattern is absolutely everywhere, and to me, its a huge part of the dynamics of human relationships.

I acknowledge that adding the human element to this pattern of nature appears to change things, sure. It makes things more complicated and fuzzy. We have complicated emotions that are intertwined so deeply into our situations that some parts of the relationships are taken to a new level of complexity. so I can understand if you don't completely buy into this pattern I'm talking about. Stay with me, though...

Some people talk about who their "meant" to be with. "True" love. I think anybody with a reasonable mind can see that these ideas, while adorable and fun to entertain, are pretty much bullshit. We made them up. Just like the Easter bunny and Santa Clause. If you ask somebody what a "true" match for them would be, they'd probably say that they want somebody who shares their opinions, ideas, aspirations, and things like that. What they don't seem to understand is that for every couple that agrees on everything, there's at least another couple that doesn't agree on hardly anything. Both couples could very well get along famously well though. Why is this? Is the definition of "true love" different for different people? Possibly. Or maybe its just that when two people decide that they want to make a relationship work, and they put their minds to it, they can do it. Despite what flaws they may see in each other or what obstacles are in the way. If there is a problem, the two gears can beat it. They just need to work together.

The problem with this of course is that the process is not entirely fair. What if one person wants to keep going, and the other decides to stop? What happens to the person who is putting forth the effort? Do they just get shit on? Exactly. Thats exactly what happens. They get shit all over and they are left by themselves. In a shit storm. A lonely gear inside a broken machine. Pissed off, hurt, lied to, and covered in shit. This is part of the process though. This is the way it works. It may not seem fair, but it is efficient. All of the relationships with defective parts break down and eventually end while all the good relationships continue to get stronger and add to the society they are all a part of. This in turn makes the world a better place, which is just a macro-cosmic version of the pattern that I'm talking about. Everything adds up to something else and contributes to a greater picture. If something doesn't then nature gives it the boot. Relationships, despite the many emotions that linger around them and seem to change things, are unable to escape this undeniable cleansing force of nature. So while you may not be able to change the state of your relationship by yourselfr, and you may be a working part of a relationship that doesn't return your efforts, you are however in charge of how long it takes to end. You are completely in control of the amount of time you are willing to spend on trying to fix a machine that will never work. Here's a tip: Make it easy on yourself and stop it. Then pick yourself up and go find somebody better.

And take a shower. You're still covered in shit. And that's not contributing to you very much at all right now. =)

"The Last House on the Left" review

THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT (2009)
5/10 - Average.

I just got back from seeing this film and I have to say my expectations were quite low. Nonetheless, I was pleased with it overall. It didn't earn a spot in my top 20 or anything, but it certainly wasn't bad.

If you've seen the original, then you are familiar with how monumental the rape scene was. Especially for its time. And since that particular aspect of the movie is what its mostly known for, I and the audience were waiting for it. It seems that the producers of the film knew that this would be the common reaction, and gave in. They spent a full 30 minutes building up to the rape scene by having the girl walk around all by herself in scary-looking places. Rapish environments. It was pretty easy to tell that they were toying with us. Dangling the rape in front of us. They milked that for all it was worth. I found that very annoying and obviously an attempt to make up for a lack of content. By the time the rape scene actually came about, I wanted to see it just to get it over with. This is my main problem with the film. Instead of the rape scene being PART of the film, it was nearly the POINT of the film. If you're going to do rape, do rape. But don't use it to tease the audience for half an hour in such a desperate and time-filling manner.

As for the rest of the movie, I enjoyed it. A small cast, two houses, and one forrest would never have been thought to hold this much potential for gore and mayhem. I was surprised they did so much with so little. the last 50 minutes or so of the film were suspensful and believable. Definitely a good way to scare the shit out of your girlfriend/sister/mother.

This movie was okay. Nothing too special, nothing too terrible. Hardcore fans will get plenty of what they got from the original, but they will have to deal with modern-day crappy film-making strategies. It was good and I suppose worth a watch. But if I were you, I'd rent it first.

Robin Williams cancells shows for heart surgery.

This is pretty important to me.
